What this site is

Florida TRT Guide is an independent directory covering 97 testosterone replacement therapy businesses across Florida. It exists for people trying to figure out which local clinic is worth calling first, whether they’re comparing prices, looking for a specific protocol, or just trying to avoid a bad experience. Instead of a handful of paid ads, you get a full list of providers scored the same way, with the data behind each score visible.

We’re upfront about the other half of what we do. Florida TRT Guide is also a place where you can ask to be matched with a provider. When you submit an enquiry, we pass it along to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for that connection. That business model runs alongside the rankings, not inside them. Referral arrangements never touch scores, sentiment, or where a clinic lands on the list. The quote page spells this out again at the point where it matters.

Where the listing data comes from

Each profile is built from public business information (things like services offered, hours, and location) combined with a synthesis of recent Google reviews. We don’t copy or republish review text. Instead, we read the patterns in what real patients are saying and summarize the sentiment, then link back to the business’s actual Google listing so you can read the original reviews yourself.

How rankings actually get decided

Every ranking comes from a published rubric applied to that data, nothing else. No clinic can pay to move up, and no ad buy changes a score. If a business is listed here, its owners can flag factual errors, wrong phone numbers, an outdated address, a service that’s no longer offered, and we’ll correct it. What they can’t do is edit their own score, sentiment summary, or rank. That separation is the entire point of the exercise: the details on which claim to make are ordinary web-page edits, but read the methodology page for exactly how the scoring rubric works.

Sponsorship, when it shows up

Some pages may include sponsored placements. These are always labeled “Sponsored,” displayed separately from the earned ranking, and never blended into the score or the order of the main list. If you see a sponsored slot, the ranking below it hasn’t been altered to make room.

Who’s behind it

This directory is published by Meridian Guides, an independent publisher that’s been running healthcare service directories, including TRT providers across Florida, since 2025. Meridian Guides doesn’t accept payment for placement and doesn’t adjust scores based on advertising relationships. Editorial oversight of the rankings sits with Janice, Editor, who maintains the rubric and reviews listings for accuracy. How current is the data

Listings are refreshed on a monthly cycle, and each profile carries a “last verified” stamp so you can see exactly when it was last checked. That stamp is there so you’re not relying on a snapshot from a year ago.

Why the split matters

Keeping enquiry-routing and sponsorship separate from scoring isn’t a legal footnote, it’s how the list stays useful. A directory that quietly lets payment nudge rankings stops being a comparison tool and turns into an ad page wearing a comparison tool’s clothes. We’d rather you trust the order you see.
